Product Application
HTH-120T is the fastest Continuous Motion Cartoning Machine in our company. It is suitable for pharmaceuticals, food, household chemicals, hardware and electrical industries for the packaging of blisters, bottles, vials, pillow packs, toothpaste, etc .

 

Material in box packing
This machine can pack various finished products into boxes.Such as light bulb, toothpaste,plastic wrap,bottle,etc.

The final output product
These are just a few boxes, and this machine can also pack many other types.

 

Main Features
1.Many of electrical appliances are made by international famous brand. For example:Japan OMRON PLC, SMC pneumatic element, Germany BECKER vacuum pump and Switzerland Robatech hot melt applicator.

2.The machine is equipped with a series of sensors and automatic protective devices to assure the machine runs safely and effectively. For example ,The paper box will not be supplied without material; the glue will not be sprayed without the paper box. The machine will alarm when the paper box is not in position, and will stop when the material is not supplied and the machine can stop automatically if overload happen,etc.

3.Simple structure in linear type ,easy in installation and maintation. Running in a high automatization and intellectualization,no pollution

1. You have free spare parts in stock, can change or repair easily.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
It's flexible, we prefer 100% in advance as each payment will cost about USD35 bank charge, also we accept 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment if cutomer need.
